Steve has grown up and lived in the Greenville area his whole life. He loves the area and couldn’t see himself living anywhere else.

Steve writes:

“It really is the perfect location nestled between the mountains and the beach. A 20 minute drive can put you in the upstate countryside or in the rapidly growing downtown city life. I am extremely pleased to offer my services to the surrounding area”

From a young age Steve has always been creative and making something with his hands. Whether it was duct taping copper pipes together or planning to cut a hole in the wall as a “secret passageway”, he has always been busy inventing new ideas.

His creativity turned into a love for art and design throughout his school years. He attended the Fine Arts Center for their Architecture program in high school. After graduating high school he continued his education at Greenville Technical College and graduated with an associates degree in Construction Engineering Technology and Architectural Engineering Technology.

Throughout his time in school he also got hands on and in field experience. Working for multiple contractors in the upstate he was able to get real life exposure to the construction process. From design and reading blueprints to ground up building he learned every opportunity he could.

Although his education and experience are extremely valuable his creative mind was left wanting more. Steve’s goal is to take what he learned and improve the inefficiencies and inconsistencies of the contracting experience.
